Hit11 is neither affiliated nor linked to any type of private or government Sports leagues/tournaments until and unless stated by the corporation. Besides this, Hit11 is not linked and does not claim any official footing with any of the official/non official sports team or sports person.

Hit11 is addressed as a single entity anywhere in the document and all sections of T&C implies and incorporates hit11.in website and Hit11 app on both android and iOS store.

As a user, you acknowledge and agree that by using our website and mobile application, you also agree to be bound by the rules and guidelines of each prediction contest or analytics feature.

Your use of information on our site including results, fixture lists, statistics, data and news posted on our website is at your own risk. Other than as expressly set out in these Terms and to the extent permitted by law. Usage of Hit11.in

A person using the services offered by hit11.in or the Hit11 app including the extensive features offered, by taking part in several contests, prediction challenges, and analytics tools organized on the Hit11 platform are compelled to follow the T&C and all the other essential rules and regulations defined by the Hit11 authorities.

The Hit11 establishment has all the rights to alter/modify the predefined Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations and terms at any point in time, by posting the same on hit11.in. Hit11 accounts for the acceptance and agreement of the people using Hit11 services towards time to time revisions that can be made in the Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations and terms that are already established by Hit11. In case the user disapproves/disagrees to accept the alterations in terms and conditions, rules, regulations and terms of use then Hit11 at its sole and complete discretion can abstain the user from using the services offered by Hit11.

Users need to understand that our services are available only in India.

Hit11, its partners, licensors, and/or associates own the intellectual property rights ("Intellectual Property Rights") in all software underlying Hit11 and the Hit11 Platform, as well as the content published on Hit11, including (but not limited to) prediction contests, analytics tools, software, advertisements, written content, photographs, graphics, images, illustrations, marks, logos, audio or video clippings, and Flash animation. Users may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any of the materials or content on Hit11, in whole or in part, unless expressly authorised in writing by Hit11.

By contacting the Hit11 Helpdesk, users can seek authorization to utilise any Hit11 content. Users are entirely responsible for all content (publicly or privately transmitted) that they upload, publish, e-mail, transmit, or otherwise make accessible on Hit11 ("Users' Content"). Each User represents and declares that he or she owns all Intellectual Property Rights in the User's Content and that no part of the User's Content infringes on the rights of any third party. Users additionally affirm and agree not to display or use any third party's names, logos, markings, labels, trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual and proprietary rights on Hit11. Users agree to indemnify and hold Hit11, its directors, employees, affiliates, and assigns harmless from all costs, damages, loss, and harm, including litigation costs and counsel fees, arising from any third-party claims, including for infringement of Intellectual Property Rights, arising from such display or use of the names, logos, marks, labels, trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual and proprietary rights on Hit11.

Users hereby grant Hit11 and its affiliates, partners, licensors, and associates a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, transfer, transmit, and/or publish Users' Content for any of the following purposes: Displaying Users' Content on Hit11; Disseminating Users' Content to other Users desiring to download or otherwise acquire it, and/or storing Users' Content in a remote database available to end users for a fee. This agreement covers the distribution and storage of Users' Content in any form, medium, or technology.

All names, logos, marks, labels, trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual and proprietary rights on Hit11(s) belonging to any person (including User), entity, or third party are recognised as proprietary to their respective owners, and any claims, controversy, or issues relating to these names, logos, marks, labels, trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual and proprietary rights must be addressed directly to the respective parties while Hit11 is notified.

Third Party Site, Services and Products

Hit11 may contain links to third-party Internet sites owned and maintained by others. Users' usage of those sites is subject to the terms and conditions issued by the sites, if any. Hit11 has no control over any Internet sites other than Hit11 and cannot be held liable for any content found on any third-party Internet site. Hit11's inclusion of third-party information or links to third-party Internet sites does not constitute an endorsement of such third-party Internet sites by Hit11.

Correspondence, transactions/offers, or similar activity between Users and third parties, such as payment providers and verification service providers, are entirely between the User and that third party. Users' correspondence, transactions, and use of such third party's services/offers shall be subject to the terms and conditions, policies, and other service terms adopted/implemented by such third party, and the User shall be solely responsible for reviewing the same prior to transacting or availing of such third party's services/offers. Hit11 promises not to be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind suffered as a consequence of any such transactions/offers with third parties. Any inquiries, complaints, or claims regarding any third-party product or service should be directed to the appropriate vendor.

Hit11 includes both Hit11-created content and other related stuff provided by third parties. Hit11 does not guarantee the authenticity, integrity, or quality of third-party material, and Users should not rely on such content when using the Hit11 Services, including when participating in any of the prediction challenges offered on Hit11.

Privacy Policy

User Conduct

The Terms & Conditions, rules, regulations and terms of use determined by Hit11 for its users are compulsory to be followed by the users and in the case a user fails to do so, Hit11 holds the authority to take action, which might include (but not limited to):

By participating in a Contest/Prediction Challenge, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms and Hit11's decisions. Creating and Managing User Accounts

User Registration

If you wish to become a registered user of our websites and mobile applications, you will need to apply for a member account. Members are permitted to open only one account. Hit11 reserves the right to close any duplicate accounts. All money held in a duplicate account(s) may be forfeited. To apply for an account, you must complete all the details following the instructions on the Website/App. Upon grant of the account by us, your account will be created and you will be able to use our services. We may refuse to grant an application for an account made by any person without giving a reason for such refusal. You continuously represent and warrant to us that people, who are accessing your account are authorised to do so.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Account Funds

All deposits (min. deposit amount is Rs X) made to hit11.in are immediately available in the member's Hit11 account and can be accessed for entering contests. All deposits and refunds, if any, will be done through available payment methods. Transactions may take up to 7 working days in some cases.

Hit11 will process all withdrawal requests (min. withdrawal amount is Rs Y, Per day withdrawal limit is ₹Z) promptly, with funds typically arriving in your nominated bank account within specified timelines (e.g., next working day, up to 7 working days). To request a withdrawal, you must first complete Hit11 identity verification (KYC), which includes submission of PAN card details and bank account verification. The name mentioned on the member's verification documents must correspond with the name provided by the member at the time of registration and the bank account holder's name. If verification is incomplete, Hit11 shall notify the member via their registered email address.

The Hit11 account may have different balance components (e.g., Deposited, Bonus, Withdrawable/Winnings). When a member enters a contest, the entry fee may be deducted from these balances in a specific order (e.g., Bonus first, then Deposited, then Winnings). Members can withdraw from the Withdrawable balance, subject to terms. Members agree that once they confirm a transaction, they shall be bound by it. Transactions may take up to 24 hours to reflect. Members agree not to raise complaints regarding processing delays.

A transaction, once confirmed, is final. Hit11 may, at its discretion, permit cancellation and refund (less applicable charges) if a written request is received from the registered email ID well before the contest start time (e.g., 2 days prior). The cash bonus balance cannot be withdrawn under any circumstances and is subject to expiry and usage rules defined by Hit11.

Contest Formats (Public/Private)

By entering contests, users may authorize Hit11 or a third party to manage funds on their behalf (e.g., in an escrow).

If fewer join (for non-guaranteed contests), the contest may be cancelled and entry fees refunded. "Guaranteed Contests" will run if a minimum number (e.g., 2) join, even if not full, with prizes potentially adjusted based on entries or covered by Hit11.

**Private Contest:** Users can create contests, set participant limits, pay an entry fee, and invite others using a unique contest code. Operates when the required number join. If not filled by the deadline, entry fees are refunded. Hit11 is not liable for technical issues or eligibility problems preventing invited users from joining.

Therefore, participating on Hit11 is considered a legal activity protected under Article 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India, where games of skill are permitted. Prize Allocation & Payouts

Prizes are allocated based on contest rules and payout structures displayed on each contest page. In multi-participant leagues, the prize pool may adjust based on actual entries unless it's a guaranteed contest. Taxation

Winnings on Hit11 are subject to tax deduction at source (TDS) as per the Income Tax Act, 1961, and any applicable amendments. Publicity

Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Hit11 and its affiliates to use the Winner's name, likeness, voice, and comments for advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide without additional permissions or compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winners agree to be available for reasonable promotional activities planned by Hit11 at no cost.

General Conditions

If any Contest requires specific governmental/statutory approvals or is found to be prohibited, Hit11 reserves the right to withdraw/cancel such Contest(s) without notice. Users agree not to make claims regarding such cancellations.

Hit11 employees, directors, affiliates, relatives, and family members are not eligible to participate in Contests.

Dispute and Dispute Resolution

Exclusive jurisdiction for disputes resides with the courts of competent jurisdiction in Faridabad, Haryana (or specify based on Hit11's legal registration). Governing law is Indian law.

Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through dialogue following written notification. If unresolved within 15 days, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration in Faridabad (or specified city), India, conducted in English under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Each party bears its own costs unless the tribunal decides otherwise. The arbitrator shall provide a reasoned award. Hit11 retains the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief from competent courts.

Release and Limitations of Liability

Users access Hit11 services at their own risk. Hit11 is not liable for loss/damage (including injury, death, property loss) arising from accessing services or accepting prizes, except where required by law. Users release and indemnify Hit11, its directors, employees, partners, etc., from liability arising from their access/use of services. Hit11 is not liable for errors/omissions regarding prizes. Users are solely responsible for consequences of illegal acts or non-compliance with T&C. Users indemnify Hit11 against third-party claims related to their use of the platform.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Hit11 is not liable for deletion, failure to store, mis-delivery, or untimeliness of information. No liability for harm from downloading material, server quality, game quality, or contest cancellations. Service interruptions due to maintenance, provider failures, viruses, natural disasters, or force majeure events are not grounds for liability or refunds. Content is provided "as is, as available". Users download material at their own risk and are responsible for any damage/data loss.
